A charter bus carrying 57 high school students from Tuscarawas Valley Local School District has crashed in Ohio, leaving three dead and 15 injured.
The bus was near Columbus, when a tractor trailer rear ended it, causing at least one other vehicle to be involved. A press conference is being organized by the Licking County Emergency Management Agency.
“Right now, our focus is on getting in touch with our Tusky Valley families who had loved ones on the bus and providing support to our entire school community,” Derek Varansky, superintendent of Tuscarawas Valley Local School District said in a statement.
