It’s the one question everyone asks themselves when losing an exceptional someone in their lives. “Are they sending me a sign, or is it just my imagination?” “Is there truth behind the experiences I am encountering?”
While most of us wish to believe in the “signs” we encounter, psychic medium Blair Robertson confirms of our speculations. Clench onto that blanket or phone; the following signs have grown fairly common when communicating with the deceased.
Smell
Scents vary distinctly and can be the ultimate sign that your deceased love one is close to you. Perhaps your mother’s home smelled like a combination of vanilla candles and freshly baked cookies. Maybe your friend smoked cigars or sister adored the smell of pinewood. A scent that resembles them in some manner may sometimes linger out of the blue. If this happens, it can be a possible sign that your loved one is attempting to connect to you if they are present.
Sound
To your astonishment, auditory and mental sounds are another way a deceased love one is trying to contact you. Did your grandfather happen to be an Elvis Presley fan? Was there a song you and your husband would play on repeat during car rides together? Any sound resembling some significance is a sign that your deceased love one is aiming to spark your attention. The sound can be auditory, where other individuals are able to hear as well. Or, the sound can be mental in which a specific sound or lyric is being repeated in your thoughts. Robertson explains that both are possible to experience.
Touch
Frankly, touch is the most common form of communication. Such simple signs can be easily disregarded, so maintaining an aware and open mindset is the only way to detect signs through touch. An extra warm touch from the sun on a frigid day, or suspecting a figure is hovering behind you are examples of tough being a form of communication. Keep in mind — you will experience such a sign during a place or moment of significance that you and your deceased loved one shared together. This is one way to differentiate the experience from ordinary circumstances.
Sight
Standing where you and your husband spent your first date? Participating in an activity that you both enjoyed when you “visually” spot your loved one sitting or standing there with you? Sight is powerful and leads to a powerful reconnection with our deceased love one. A sighting in our dreams of our loved ones is another way in which they attempt to reconnect with us. Visual stimulation is by far the strongest form of connection, according to Robertson.
Electronics Malfunction
Spooky at first, enabling control of technology is another form of connection. If you are listening to the radio, the frequencies may start to become fuzzy, indicating that your loved one is close and attempting to gather your attention. This is not to frighten you, just a way for them to reconnect with you in the Earthly realm.
Goosebumps
If the room suddenly grows chilly, or you notice goosebumps appearing on your forearms, indeed, a loved one is nearby. They have a colder temperature, which spreads to their surroundings, including the person they wish to send a signal to.
Comfort
You feel an extra sense of comfort at times, but can’t seem to pinpoint the source of it. Presence of a loved one may just be the answer. Wishing an everlasting sense of support and comfort for us, our loved one will make sure to foster us in that sort of environment at all times.
