In his newest comedy special, “Selective Outrage”, Chris Rock has revealed that his daughter, Lola, was “kicked out” of school. More interesting, he personally insisted that she be.
Despite Rock’s wealth and status, he is dedicated to raising his daughters, Lola and Zahra, in a relatively normal and “low-key” way. Lola, 20, attended a private school. During a class trip to Portugal, Lola and some of her friends decided to leave their hotel to go out drinking.
“Lola and four of her little white girlfriends decided they were bored,” he said, in the special. “Of course they got busted. Rich white schools, they don’t play that s—.”
Lola’s classmates’ families bought lawyers to prevent them from being expelled. When Rock’s ex-wife suggested they do the same, he went against her.
“I need you to kick her Black a– out of this school. I need my Black child to learn her lesson right now before she is up on OnlyFans and some s—! Please kick my child out of f—ing school. They kicked her out. They kicked them all out, but they kicked my child out first.”
Lola, it seems, is doing well, regardless. She is currently enrolled in a culinary school in Europe. Rock praised Lola for her accomplishments in a sweet post on Instagram, “Food and travel is her love language and she sees life through the lens of communicating through food, culture and community. I am so excited to parent her through this next phase of life. She is an extraordinary human being and I love her so!”
