Nicole Kidman is reportedly spending her birthday surrounded by her perfect family, including her husband Keith Urban and her four children. Kidman has always been a family woman supporting her four children she shares with her ex-husband Tom Cruise and current husband, Keith Urban. Nicole Kidman has two children, Bella and Connor, with her former husband Tom Cruise. She also has two daughters, Sunday Rose, and Faith Margaret, with Keith Urban, her partner of almost 20 years.
Kidman, 56, has spoken publicly about her role as a mother. Speaking with Marie Claire Australia, she said, “I would’ve loved 10 kids…I love mothering, I love kids: They’re quirky, funny and unfiltered. And then you get to see them grow and send them on their way.”
But Kidman’s journey to motherhood hasn’t been without struggle. Kidman has been candid about a tough issue that many mothers-to-be face, infertility. Kidman recently welcomed her youngest daughter Sunday Rose with Kidman via gestational carrier.
“The love I felt … she was the most wonderful woman to do this for us. We were in a place of desperately wanting another child,” Kidman said to Australia’s 60 Minutes. “This opportunity arose for us, and I couldn’t get pregnant. We wanted another baby. (crying) I get emotional talking about it because I’m so grateful to her.”
“Children are children — you’ll die for your children,” she says. “And when you feel that as a parent — that’s the unconditional love.”
Recently Kidman celebrated her mother’s birthday where she shared some private and sentimental pictures to Instagram as well as Kidman and Urban giving a shoutout to her mother during a live interview with The Morning Show.
‘It’s my mum’s birthday today. Happy Birthday, mama. We love you soo much,’ Nicole said to the camera.
Keith chimed in: ‘Happy Birthday, JJ.’
‘We did a party for her when we were back in Sydney. She is the heartbeat of our family, so we love you, mama,’ added Nicole.
