Pamela Bradshaw rang in the New Year with quite a few wins under her belt: she won $1 million on live TV and kissed Ryan Seacrest!
A group of Americans were flown to New York City as the final contestants for the Powerball’s First Millionaire of the Year drawing, where the winner was announced.
“Pamela, North Carolina, first time here in New York City and you’re walking away in the new year a millionaire!” Ryan Seacrest declared, prompting Bradshaw to kiss him and then faint on camera!
“I thank God. I’m so blessed,” Bradshaw said.
