Rihanna is reportedly “terrified” at the prospect that her partner and coparent, A$AP Rocky, may be going to prison.
Rocky is facing 9 years in prison for firing a gun at rapper Terell Ephron in 2021. The court case is set to begin this month.
“She’s trying to stay calm and listen to the lawyers promising they’ll keep him out of jail, but it’s pretty hard when everyone promised this wouldn’t even go to trial and look how that went,” a source told Life & Style. “If the worst happens and they throw the book at him, she’ll be raising her two kids alone.”
Rihanna has been vocal about what a wonderful parent Rocky is, telling Access Hollywood:
“I loved him differently as a dad. This is major, major like, it’s a turn on. It’s just like, ‘Wow! What a leader, what a great, patient, loving [dad]. And my kids are obsessed with him. I’m just a background, I’m an extra. Yep! It happens! … It doesn’t matter if it’s girls or boys; they love their dad differently, and I love to see it.”
