Carol Montandon has end-to-end accountability for Quality and Compliance. This includes responsibility for 30 internal manufacturing sites and over 200 external manufacturers. In addition, Carol is Global Chair of the Johnson & Johnson Women’s Leadership Initiative.
She resides in Downingtown, PA with her husband Denis. Their daughter Amanda is a Junior at Penn State University and their daughter Talissa is working for DePuy-Synthes as a Quality Engineer in Post Market Surveillance.
