Pam Lipp-Hendricks leads the strategic alignment of talent management, diversity and inclusion initiatives at JPMorgan Chase. Pam drives the firmwide agenda and a broad range of diversity efforts impacting work environment including the firm’s Talent Review, the JPMC Diversity Council, Business Resource Groups, Disability Inclusion and Affirmative Action. In addition, she oversees two talent pipeline programs, the Management Associate Program and the Human Resources Analyst program.
