Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah have reached an agreement in a money settlement over the custody of their most recent child Roman. Pacino has received visitation rights for the child while Alfallah will have prime custody. According to court documents, the agreement on the amount for the child support was reached “in the interests of a peaceful resolution and consistent with their desire to maintain an amicable relationship for the best interest of their minor child.”
The documents also revealed that Pacion would have to pay Alfallah $110,000. They also plan to make holidays work. A representative for Pacino confirmed to Fox News Digital that Pacino and Alfallah are still in a relationship. The couple welcomed Roman back in June 2023.
The 100k lump sum is “intended to be utilized” by Alfallah “to assist her with relocating to a new residence for her and Roman as well as any furniture, furnishings and moving expenses that may be necessary for same,” according to the court papers.
The couple also agreed not to discuss anything regarding the custody battle in front of the child. They also agreed to avoid making any “derogatory or disparaging remarks” about each other in front of him.
Roman is Pacino’s fourth child. He currently already has 22 year old twins, Olivia and Anton, and 33 year old, Julie.
