According to an article on Yahoo.com, Camilla who is now the Queen Consort, shared some thoughts about what Queen Elizabeth meant to her. Queen Elizabeth II died on Sept. 8, and the whole world has been in mourning. The funeral is scheduled for tomorrow.
“She’s been part of our lives forever. I’m now 75 and I can’t remember anyone but the Queen being there,” Camilla said. She also talked about Elizabeth’s wonderful smile that would light up her whole face.
The article went on to say that Camilla’s popularity has grown since 2005, when she married Charles.
Camilla is now stepmother to Prince Harry and William. She is also mother to Tom Parker Bowles. Tom is the author of several cook books. And Laura Lopes, who is Camilla’s youngest child and only daughter.
