Insiders close to Kevin Costner have revealed that the actor has requested that a judge remove his partner, Christine Baumgartner, from the controversial Santa Barbara home, which has been at the forefront of their divorce proceedings.
Documents retrieved by the insider state that,”…Christine has taken the position that she will not move out of Kevin’s separate property residence unless and until Kevin agrees to various financial demands.”
This is an especially difficult situation for Costner, as evacuating the family home was a major issue in his previous divorce. Costner has agreed to “contribute as part of his child support obligations $30K per month for a rental house and is willing to advance another $10K for her moving costs.” Officially, Baumgartner was supposed to leave the premises after 30 days, which passed weeks ago.
The pair signed a prenuptial agreement before their marriage and have already declared that they intend to go for joint custody of their three shared children: Cayden, 15; Logan, 14; and Grace, 12.
