Sarah Paulson and Holland Taylor have been together since 2015. The pair met in 2005, but both had separate partners. But, Paulson said in an interview later that Taylor was, “the most exquisitely beautiful woman”.
Though they share a 34 year age gap, Holland and Paulson seem blissfully happy together, often writing long, lovely diatribes on their affection. On Holland’s 2021 birthday, Paulson posted a photograph of Holland with the caption, “All roads lead me to this face, those eyes, that soul. You are, quite simply- everything to me. Here’s looking at you, kid. Today. Tomorrow. Always.”
Though Holland had never dated a woman previous to her relationship with Taylor, she said, “I haven’t ‘come out’ because I am out. I live out.”
They grew closer over the course of the pandemic, sharing a close quarters. While this may usually create issues in a budding relationship, Holland says that they miss the constant contact while they’re both shooting for work:
“Both of us normally have to travel for work, have constantly been filming, always leaving a bag halfway packed in the foyer at our house. Of course, Sarah and I didn’t need to be brought closer together. We have a very tight, close relationship within each other’s thoughts. We share everything that’s going on.”
In any case, age doesn’t seem to be an issue for these lovebirds! For her 80th birthday, Paulson wrote to Taylor,
“You are sitting at the counter not 15 feet from me, drinking your chocolate coffee as usual. I am happiest this way-YOU near. When we talk about what it means to live- what this human experience is all about, we always end up somewhere where you aren’t exactly sure if you’ve contributed enough- if it’s mattered.”
