Country superstar Luke Bryan has had a tough time lately. After being forced to cancel his show in Boise due to illness, he has now canceled his third performance in a row due to a continuing medical issue. Bryan took to social media to share the news with his fans, expressing his frustration at having to let them down.
“I am not back singing – can hardly even talk still,” Bryan wrote. “This festival is one of the most beautiful places we perform and one of the most fun crowds always.”
Despite his disappointment, Bryan made it clear that he wanted his fans to enjoy the festival and promised that his fellow performers would put on a great show. He also revealed that Lainey Wilson would be filling in for him as the headliner for Watershed Festival on Sunday, August 6.
The news is sure to disappoint fans who were looking forward to seeing Bryan on stage, but it’s clear that his health must come first. Bryan has been battling a head cold for the past few weeks, and despite his best efforts to perform, he simply hasn’t been able to get better.
But even with these setbacks, Bryan remains a beloved figure in the world of country music. His brand-new single, “But I Got A Beer In My Hand,” is already making waves on country radio, and he’s currently in the midst of his headlining Country On Tour.
As he takes time to rest and recover, fans and fellow musicians alike are sending their love and support to Bryan. We can’t wait to see him back on stage soon, doing what he does best.
