It is always touching to see a family member come back from the marines and reuniting with their family, especially when a parent is seeing their child for the first time. That’s exactly what happened when Marine Corporal Brandon Crespo reunited with his wife, Francis, and met his one-month-old son.
In this video, Francis, the woman in the white dress, is with her the family. They seem to be together to see her partner come home from the Marines.
The woman is holding a sign that states, “Out of my way, I meet my daddy today,” as they are waiting for the baby’s father to come out.
As they watch the Marines arrive, a man in a green uniform runs towards the women and his child with tears and hugs them tightly. He takes ahold of his son for the first time as the song “Would You Wait for Me” by Brett Young plays. It’s such a wonderful moment to see, a father uniting with his child.
Afterward, he goes on giving who we assume are his friends and family “welcome back” hugs and kisses. He then goes back to hold his son and takes a picture with his wife and his child. They hold up the sign and take a picture of this memorable moment.
At the end of the video, Crespo keeps his son with him, walking around the park, as it his first time being with his son.
