Mick Jagger has revealed that he may donate his music catalog to charity upon his passing, leaving his eight children out of a $500 million inheritance.
“The children don’t need $500 million to live well, come on,” Jagger said, in new interview. “You maybe do some good in the world.”
Despite his desire to spread his fortune among the less-fortunate, Jagger says that his reticence comes from a place of love. “I have this really wonderful family that supports me,” he said. “And I have, you know, young children—that makes you feel like you’re relevant.”
Though, Jagger doesn’t need much help staying relevant; the 80-year-old rocker is about to release a new album with The Rolling Stones, called ‘Hackney Diamonds’.
