One lucky Californian won nearly two billion dollars last night, after the second-largest Powerball jackpot in history was drawn.
The winning ticket–for a whopping $1.765 BILLION–was sold at Midway Market & Liquor in Frazier Park, California. The winner has yet to be identified, but considering Frazier Park is a community of roughly 2,500 people, odds are that news will travel fast!
2 additional ticketholders in PA and AR won $2 million, while 165 tickets won smaller prizes.
