Saura Naim, a Sr. Director at Juniper Networks, heads a newly formed Business Execution Office that drives accountability, leads enterprise-wide transformation and assures Juniper delivers results that improve customer experience and financial success. Saura continuously sponsors women inside the workplace. Saura has been a Tech Women mentor for women from Kazakhstan, Cameroon and Pakistan, and has been selected to participate in US State Dept. Delegation trips with Tech Women inspiring and promoting women in STEM across Central Asia, the Middle East and Africa. This year she is also Co-Chair of the Tech Women Mentor Alumni Council.
