After filing for divorce a month ago, Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin have decided to stay together.
Flavin, 54, filed for divorce from Stallone, 76, in August after being married for 25 years. According to a PEOPLE article, Flavin said Stallone “engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets.” Stallone denied these claims.
A spokesperson told Page Six that “they decided to meet back up at home, where they talked and were able to work out their differences. They are both extremely happy.”
Stallone hinted at their reconciliation on Monday when he posted an Instagram photo of them holding hands and a photo of them with their children.
The couple share three daughters together, Sophia, 26, Sistine, 24, and Scarlet, 20.
The split was rumored to have been caused by Stallone’s dog Dwight. Stallone got the Rottweiler against Falvin’s wishes, and they fought over dog care. However, according to a Yahoo News article, Stallone said, “we did not end the relationship on such a trivial argument.”
A source told PEOPLE said the divorce was over a compilation of issues that added up after many years together, not just one problem.
Per a PEOPLE article, Flavin and Stallone agreed in a Palm Beach County, Florida court that is it “in the best interests of each of them individually, and more importantly collectively as a family, to resolve all issues attendant to the dissolution of their marriage in a dignified, amicable and private manner out-of-court.”
