Country-star Keith Urban and Australian-actress Nicole Kidman prove that celebrities are people too as they were seen rocking out at the Mother’s Day show of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour. The show occurred at the Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, and was the final show in the sold out weekend stay in the city of brotherly love. Urban posted a TikTok on his official account where he shows him and Kidman dancing to a live performance of Swift’s hits ‘Style’ and ‘Blank Space’ where he praised Swift and Swifties alike.
‘Shout out to Taylor, her team, and ALL the swifties who showered us with soooo many friendship bracelets,’ Urban said via text laid over the video, which then switched to display one final message to the international pop-star. ‘[Urban and Kidman] had the BEST night. Your show is f***ing phenomenal T.’
Urban is featured on the re-release version of Swift’s album Fearless on a song that was previously unreleased called ‘That’s When.’ Urban spoke with People Magazine where he praised Switf’s decision to re-record her previous albums. “It’s amazing,” he said.
The couple joins an already large group of celebrities who have been spotted supporting Swift on her tour including Emma Stone, Selena Gomez and Billy Joel.
It was not clear whether Urban or Kidman went through any hoops to acquire tickets to the concert as purchasing tickets to an Eras tour date might cause an arm, a leg or career path.
In one instance, a fan who could not receive tickets for a show then became a security officer just so he could attend the show. “I actually got reprimanded by Taylor’s security, saying that I was going too hard and I needed to take it down a notch,” he said to HuffPost regarding his experience as a security guard and fan at the show.
Other occurrences include a fan trying to sell used contacts that were worn to an Eras concert for 10k, and a fan trying to sell rainwater from one concert date for $250.
