Fans of Paramount’s ‘Yellowstone’ are getting nervous about conflicting stories about when and if the show will return for the second half of season five. With the drama surrounding Kevin Costner and the WGA strike, it’s hard to know exactly what is happening—even for the core cast members!
Wes Bentley, who plays Jaime Dutton, told The Hollywood Reporter, “I truly don’t have a clue where it’s going. I haven’t seen or heard anything.”
Despite the episodes being slotted to air in November, it seems that a significant portion of the filming has yet to happen. Even worse, it seems that the writing process is nowhere near finished either, with the show creator, Taylor Sheridan, recently saying, “If I think it takes 10 episodes to wrap it up, they’ll give me 10. It’ll be as long as it needs to be.”
The spin-off show, ‘1923’, has been put under an indefinite hold, until the strike commences.
